Power Rankings - Week 3

That's how you end a losing streak. Both the Santa Barbara Fokkers and the Wea ver won their first games of the season. The Fokkers passed the century mark in their domination of the the Hill Billies while the Wea ver handled the Cupcakes.

Meanwhile, the Milk and River each saw their two-game winning streaks snapped as they were each handed their first L of the year.

The Cheese are on top. The Hill Billies are not.

1. Nacho's Cheese (Mark Diaz)
Last week: Won 52-45 over the Big Boss
Record: 3-0
Week 2 Ranking: 2

The Cheese posted the third lowest score of the weekend, but their opponents, the Big Boss, had the second lowest total. It wasn't pretty, but all that matters is the W.

2. Brooklyn Milk (Rick Reid)
Last week: Lost 79-82 to the Waddlers
Record: 2-1
Week 2 Ranking: 1

The Milk went to bed Sunday evening with the lead. But Monday Night came and Big Ben went off and the Milk are no longer undefeated. The Milk, however, have the highest point total in the league, so they drop only one spot in the rankings this week.

3. 3rd Avenue Schmutz (Christian Hansen)
Last week: Won 92-68 over the Cupcakes
Record: 2-1
Week 2 Ranking: 6

The Schmutz are looking formidable. They have 10 players who average double digits. It's only been three weeks, but the Schmutz, ladies and gentlemen, are the team to beat.

4. Golden Receivers (Ann Parry)
Last week: Won 71-66 over the River
Record: 2-1
Week 2 Ranking: 5

The Receivers may not be as strong as their ranking suggests. Cam Newton is fierce, but David Johnson is not.

5. Los Angeles River of Los Olivos (Josh Roberts)
Last week: Lost 66-71 to the Receivers
Record: 2-1
Week 2 Ranking: 3

The River lack at quarterback, but they do have seven players averaging double digits. Now if the owner can just make a good choice about whom to start and whom to sit.

6. Andover Waddlers (Stephanie Reid)
Last week: Won 82-79 over the Milk
Record: 2-1
Week 2 Ranking: 8

A happy wife is a happy life. With Big Ben, DeSean, and Mike Evans, the Waddlers may have the strongest trio in the league.

7. newO SWAMP (Greg Omweg)
Last week: Won 99-74 over the nass
Record: 2-1
Week 2 Ranking: 7

The SWAMP have two players averaging over 20 a game. Problem is, they both play quarterback. Their backfield of Hyde and Hunt is maybe the best in the league. Look for the SWAMP to climb higher and higher.

8. Koepke's Cupcakes (Max Koepke)
Last week: Lost 59-90 to the Wea ver
Record: 1-2
Week 2 Ranking: 4

The Cupcakes are hoping Fournette gets healthy and lives up to his hype. Tyreek Hill is the #1 WR and has been the Man for the Cupcakes.

9. Santa Barbara Fokkers (Robert Reid)
Last week: Won 106-61 over the Hill Billies
Record: 1-2
Week 2 Ranking: 10

The Fokkers Gurley II is an early MVP candidate. He is the top scoring non-QB.

10. Wea ver (Dylan Parry)
Last week: Won 90-59 over the Cupcakes
Record: 1-2
Week 1 Ranking: 14

If Carson Wentz returns to form, the Wea ver should see a number of wins this season. Saquon is the real deal.

11. Low_nass . (Todd Lohnas)
Last week: Lost 74-99 to the Schmutz
Record: 1-2
Week 2 Ranking: 11

Ryan Fitzpatrick is the top scoring player in the SBRFFFL and yet he might ultimately lose his job to Jameis Winston.

12. Vick's Dog Sitter (Michael Zehder)
Last week: Lost 37-82 to the SWAMP
Record: 1-2
Week 2 Ranking: 9

The Sitter picked Brady with the 5th pick of the draft and they may be regretting that. The Patriots look vulnerable.

13. Argentina 17 Big Boss (Ty Lohnas)
Last week: Lost 45-52 to the Cheese
Record: 1-2
Week 2 Ranking: 12

The Big Boss may need to make some big moves to right this ship.

14. Potrero Hill Billies (Russ Valby)
Last week: Lost 61-106 to the Fokkers
Record: 0-3
Week 2 Ranking: 13

Aaron Rodgers is the 9th best QB in SBRFFFL scoring. This was not what the Hill Billies had in mind when the drafted Rodgers in the first round.
