Power Rankings Week 5



After two weeks as #1, Nacho’s Cheese tumbled four spots after losing to #14 Vick’s Dog Sitter. Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Milk are the bully on the block as they put up over 90 points for the fourth time in five games. But the Super Bowl is not won after five weeks and six teams are one win behind the Milk.

Week 3 Ranking: 2
Brooklyn has scored the most points the past three weeks, has scored the most points on the season, and has the most wins. They have the #1 QB (Mahomes), the #1 WR (Kupp), the #2 D/ST (Jets), the #3 RB (Gordon), and the #3 TE (Cook). There are three starters are all Top 20 at their positions. Give ‘em the trophy now.

2. 3rd Avenue Schmutz (Christian Hansen)
Last week: Won 123-105 over the Wea ver
Record: 3-2
Week 3 Ranking: 5
It will be interesting to see how RB Conner does now that Le’veon is back.

3. Santa Barbara Fokkers (Robert Reid) 
Last week: Won 67-66 over the SWAMP
Record: 3-2
Week 3 Ranking: 6
A three game winning streak has Santa Barbara up to #3 in the rankings.

4. Los Angeles River of Los Olivos (Josh Roberts)
Last week: Lost 76-97 to the Milk
Record: 3-2
Week 3 Ranking: 3
Los Angeles couldn’t keep up with the Milk last week. They are shaky at QB but have depth at the RB/WR positions.

5. Nacho's Cheese (Mark Diaz)
Last week: Lost 56-57 to the Sitter
Record: 3-1-1
Week 3 Ranking: 1
For the second time in three weeks, Nacho’s couldn’t break the 60-point barrier. This time they just missed out on the W.

6. Low_nass . (Todd Lohnas) 
Last week: Won 103-75 over the Big Boss
Record: 3-2
Week 3 Ranking: 9
The Low takes the Lohnas Bowl.

7. Andover Waddlers (Stephanie Manners)
Last week: Won 96-91 over the Hill Billies
Record: 3-2
Week 3 Ranking: 7
Andover bounces back after a close loss in Week 4.

8. Golden Receivers (Ann Parry)
Last week: Lost 53-88 to the Cupcakes
Record: 2-2-1
Week 3 Ranking: 4
David Johnson may finally be the stud Golden was hoping for when they drafted him #1.

9. newO SWAMP (Greg Omweg) 
Last week: Lost 66-67 to the Fokkers
Record: 2-3
Week 3 Ranking: 8
newO suffered the loss in part because RB Hyde has his lowest output on the season.

10. Wea ver (Dylan Parry)
Last week: Lost 105-123 to the Schmutz
Record: 1-4
Week 1 Ranking: 10
Wea is easily the best one-win team in the SBRFFFL. They have the third highest point total and lost last week despite going over the century mark.

11. Koepke's Cupcakes (Max Koepke)
Last week: Won 88-53 over the Receivers
Record: 2-3
Week 3 Ranking: 12
The injury to Fournette has Koepke’s sweating.

12. Argentina 17 Big Boss (Ty Lohnas) 
Last week: Lost 75-103 to the Low nass .
Record: 2-3
Week 3 Ranking: 11
Wait ‘til next year. Argentina lost to papa’s team despite a big day from Antonio Brown.

13. Vick's Dog Sitter (Michael Zehder) 
Last week: Won 57-56
Record: 2-3
Week 3 Ranking: 14
Yes, they defeated the #1 Chees, but they only scored 57 points, the third lowest score of the week. Overall, they have the lowest point total in the SBRFFFL.

14. Potrero Hill Billies (Russ Valby)
Last week: Lost 91-96 to the Waddlers
Record: 1-4
Week 3 Ranking: 13
Potrero scored more points last week than they had all season and still took the L.
